    Chairwoman of the Redeia Group since February 2020.

    Degree in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (class of 1991), and appointed via Civil Service entrance examinations to the Spanish Association of Property and Mercantile Registrars (currently on extended authorised leave of absence). Completed other executive studies such as the Advanced Business Management Programme (PADE-A-2013) and the programme focused on ‘Women on Boards of Directors’, both programmes taught at the IESE-Business School.

    Among the positions held and duties carried out throughout her career as a public servant, noteworthy are the following: Minister of Housing and Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Entidad Pública Empresarial de Suelo, SEPES (State-owned Land Management Company); Secretary of State for Housing and Urban Developments; Councillor in the Madrid City Council and board member of the Municipal Housing and Land Company of the Council of Madrid as well as Member of Parliament (House of Commons).

    She is also currently deputy-chair of the Board of Trustees of the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía,
    Member of the Advisory Board WLW (Women in a Legal World) and Member of the Advisory Board WAS (Women Action Sustainability). She has also been Director of Institutional Relations of the Spanish Association of Property Registrars and Chairwoman of the Pablo Iglesias Foundation.

    In the field of academia, of note is her experience as Adjunct Faculty member at the Nebrija University, IE University, and at the Higher Technical School of Architecture of Universidad Politécnica de Madrid
    She has received, among other awards, the Grand Cross of the Royal and Distinguished Spanish Order of Carlos III, or the Forinvest award for his professional career.
