Minoru is Team Leader on Energy at the Division for Sustainable Development Goals, Department of Economic and Social Affairs, United Nations, in New York. He coordinates substantive support for intergovernmental processes on energy and also serves as Head of the Secretariat of UN-Energy, the UN’s interagency coordination mechanism in the field of energy. He previously occupied senior positions at the Executive Office of the UN Secretary-General and UNDP.
