Serife ‘Elif’ Can Sener is an economist with a Ph.D. in Environmental and Natural Resources Policy and a master’s in Sustainability. She has 10+ years of experience in econometric analysis and policy design for comprehensive climate policies, clean energy transition, and critical metals and minerals of renewable energy. Currently, Elif is working as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Environmental Engineering and Earth Sciences at Clemson University (USA) and as a consultant in the field of sustainability and environmental management.
