Vanesa Martos works as Technical Advisor seconded by AECID at ECOWAS Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREEE), where she is supporting the implementation of RE and EE projects related to clean cooking solutions, circular economy,… in the ECOWAS region.

Ms. Martos, who hold’s a Master’s Degree in Electro-Mechanical engineering (Universidad de Malaga) and a PGCertificate in Power Generation and Distribution, has extensive experience in the private sector. She has occupied several positions (e.g. Project Manager, Head of Business Development of MEP projects) in Empresarios Agrupados.

Ms. Martos has also volunteered in the NGOD “Energias Sin Fronteras” as Project Manager for WASH + Clean Energy projects in the Central African Region.
