Led business development program of Siemens Energy and Siemens in Uzbekistan – power generation, renewables, oil & gas, power transmission, investments. Advised the top management and business units on different issues: technical, cross-sectoral, institutional, etc.
As the World Bank staff provided implementation support of the US$125 million UZ Energy Efficiency Fund Project; Supervision of $110 million IBRD loan for the Talimarjan Transmission Project, $180 million IBRD loan for the Advanced Electricity Metering Project.
Preparation of the new operations: Kaniv Pump-storage Hydro Station (Ukraine), District Heating Energy Efficiency Project, Electricity Distribution Modernization Project, and Vietnam Energy Efficiency for Industrial Enterprises Project.
Led the component on assessment of the wind energy potential of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which could help to identify rich wind resources of 52 TW.
Author of several publications on energy efficiency, renewable energy development, manufacturing localization; currently working on PhD.
