What Community Power Needs

The event will present, from practitioners’ viewpoints, the barriers which hinder a more decentralised and citizen-focused energy supply. Speakers will highlight the situation on the Iberian peninsula, and identify barriers as well as opportunities of community and citizen-based renewable energy economies.
